Coco Licor is produced with coconuts harvested from plantations along the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. These coconuts are then brought to the processing facility in Nueva Guinea, Nicaragua. Our coconuts are harvested from plantations along the South Caribbean coast. • With a combination of boats, barges and trucks, the coconuts are then brought to the central processing facility. • At this facility the coconuts are sorted, cleaned, shaved, waxed, drilled, filled, corked and then aged.
